An old-fashioned hotel with good food. The pool area is nice too. Not to mention excellent wifi! Really had very very good stay in our return visit.

It has amazing location in East Jerusalem district not far from Dan Jerusalem as well as Biblical sites.

Good and stunning location in restaurants in town and family atmosphere. Also - really close to the many biblical, historical and cultural sites and the shopping district.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with a great view of the Old City. The Executive rooms are nice and the Executive Lounge offers comfortable seating and good food. The front desk staff and management are friendly and accommodating. The facilities, including the cafe and breakfast in the dining room, are excellent.

The concierge staff, specifically Eyal went far above and beyond his duties. The front desk staff was helpful too. The free shuttle into town was great as the hotel is not walking distance from the shopping/site seeing places we wanted to go. The spa and breakfast buffet were top rate.

The buffet staff needs more training. The small restaurant staff needs a lot more training. There was a strange smell in the hotel on the 7th and 8th floors the whole stay. Towels were old and not in sufficient amount. Soap and shampoo were not up to international standards.

It Is 40 years old and nothing has been done since than. Furniture is worn our, like everything else. Everything is so old And poorly mantained That It makes you feel depresed. I had ants in my room, which is normal for staff. Dan jerusalem dosent diserve 4 stars maybe 2.

The hotel was perfect for our short stay. Clean rooms with a great view. Free upgrade, nice pool, and amazing breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location with easy access to the city.

For a city hotel, it has a nice spa and pool facility. Excellent for relaxing after a day in Jerusalem.

Incredible breakfast with a wide variety of options, including cereals, cheese, and pastries. The room had a stunning view and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff, especially Mrs. Nour at the reception, were mostly friendly and helpful.

My stay at Dan Jerusalem Hotel was a positive experience. While there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the database reviews, such as expensive dinner prices and the need for a taxi to reach the city center, I would still recommend this hotel.

I like the fact that I could see the Jerusalem when I went to the hotel balcony.

The hotel is "tired", you can tell that in its day it was a nice hotel, but it is showing signs of "wear and tear". They need to invest in the rooms to bging them up to date.
